The Alpine Trout Farm Noojee is an experience like no other. Located in Victoria’s Alpine Region at the foothills of Mt Baw Baw in Noojee, Alpine Trout Farm is known for supplying the highest quality products to its customers both nationally and internationally.
Come and see the landscape and tranquility of the surrounds. There are plenty of fishing and seated areas for you to relax and unwind. We have smoked trout, dips, drinks, caviar, fresh trout and smoked trout/salmon. Come and catch your own, fishing rods and bait are free of charge. Bring the kids along for a fun day and see them catch a trout or salmon, or just enjoy a great day out with the family (dogs are also welcome!). Barbecue facilities are available for you to cook up your catch, we have pan size & 2kg + King Trout. If you prefer to take your catch home, we have foam eskys & ice available to purchase.
Come to Alpine Trout Farm and enjoy a day out with the family and see what Noojee has to offer, with its breathtaking surroundings and things to do. Visit the Noojee Trestle Bridge, The Toronga Falls, the Noojee Heritage Centre, or come and have a meal at one of Noojee’s pubs or cafes.

Cast your worries aside and fish on the farm. Uncover Unbeatable Freshness with Farm-Caught Fish from Pond to Plate. There is no requirement to book, we have plenty of space and rods for everyone.
Prices:
Rainbow Trout (300-600g): $20kg
Rainbow King Trout (1.5kg+): $25kg
Atlantic Salmon: $32kg
Golden Trout: $30kg
Fish Cleaning $1 per fish
Filleting Service $3 per fish (when available)
Catch & Release Fishing: $30hr per rod being used. For example: A family of 4 using 2 rods would be $60 for the hour. You are also welcome to use your own fishing rods.
